Red X's in Email Messages on outlook
Pictures cannot be displayed and are shown as red X in Outlook?
Red X's in Email Messages?
1) Delete Temporary Internet Files from registry location.
Step1: Click on Start, type Run and then type regedit.exe.
Step2: Locate the following registry subkey:
Office 2010:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Security
Step2: Locate the following registry subkey:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Security
Office 2007:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Security
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Security
Office 2003:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Security
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Security
Step3: You will see OutlookSecureTempFolder double click on that and copy location and delete main folder and then restart outlook.
2) Disable Don't download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items.
Step 1:- Click on File and click on option

Step 2:- Click on Trust Center and then click on trust center setting.
Step 3:- Click on Don't download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items and Click on Ok.
